Perky box
Small display box, used to store and protect thumbnail and micromount minerals, that has a clear plastic top and can be snapped closed. Perky boxes often have a specimen mounted on a styrofoam insert on top of a black base. The perky box was invented by Willard J. Perkin, hence its name.
