Description Textbook-perfect "bowtie" of Stilbite. Individual crystals are clearly visible and quite lustrous. Has some larger individual crystals popping up from the center, with white, powdery Laumontite on the reverse side (not visible). This specimen was acquired in 2011 from Brad Plotkin at the Franklin, NJ show, and is remarkable for its shape and luster. It was displayed at the 2013 NY-NJ Gem & Mineral show in the display case of Hershel Friedman.
