Description This specimen is from the type locality in California. It features two elongated, lustrous and translucent crystals of pastel pink and light blue, color zoned Lawsonite, in crystals to 4.0 cm in length. This very rare species is embedded in schist. For the size, these are among the best of the species and "major" by any standard. ex. John Ydren collection.
